JP Legal advises Bloomax Trading Saudi on sale of it’s shares to Floranow

JP Legal advised one of Saudi’s largest wholesale flower distributor, “Bloomax for Trading Saudi”, on sale of its shares to Middle East’s leading online floral marketplace, Floranow.

Closing of the transaction was subject to multiple regulatory authorizations including the approval of the Saudi General Authority for Competition.

The JP Legal team was led by partner Anas Jisr, supported by associates Ali Yaacoub, Joyce Karam and Layan Al Fatayri.
